After launching the device earlier this August in Vietnam, Samsung is ready to launch it now in Indian Market and the launch for Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime would be seen on upcoming Monday i.e. 19 September 2016.
The company was reportedly sending invites for the launch event and from there we got to know that the J7 Prime would be launched at Gurgaon. According to a top retailer in Mumbai, the device would cost at the time of launch Rs. 18,790/-, and would be carrying an MRP of Rs. 19,400/-. This is approximately close to the Vietnam pricing, making it plausible to buy.
As the name suggests Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime is going to be the upgraded version of Galaxy J7 (2016) and would be sporting a fingerprint sensor in the front button like every other Samsung Smartphone.
The other major differences that we’ll find in this device are: a 1080p full-HD display instead of a 720p HD one, more RAM (3GB RAM instead of 2GB), more inbuilt storage (32GB instead of 16GB), and a higher resolution front facing camera (8-megapixel instead of 5-megapixel). The other specifications found on the mobile are exactly the same as the older version.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime would also be carrying a 13-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.9 aperture and LED flash, and an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/1.9 aperture without flash. The device will be a dual sim device with 32GB storage that can be expanded up to 256GB.
The battery size of Samsung J7 Prime is going to be 3300mAH ensuring better talktime. Other features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.1, Micro-USB (with OTG), and 3.5mm audio jack in terms of connectivity options.
