From the last week, AAP is on the target of all the political parties. On Friday night, a sudden meeting was called by the AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal on talking over the objectionable CD of the Sandeep Kumar, a minister of SC/ST Welfare and Women and Child Welfare in the Delhi government. The problem was a sting operation which was done on him, accused that he has physical relationship with other ladies. In some of the videos he is found with some girls in a weird situation and some pictures have shown him accused.

AAP convenor, Arvind Kejriwal took his action and sacked him from his position. Yesterday in another meeting, he was accused guilty and was thrown out of the AAP. Sandeep Kumar is saying that he is innocent and all the videos and pictures are doctored. He is been targeted as he belongs from a minority background.

Soon after this thunder, last night, a woman has registered a FIR of rape on him. In mounting trouble for sacked Delhi minister Sandeep Kumar, the woman who purportedly figured in an ‘objectionable’ CD with him, has accused him of allegedly raping her after spiking her drink, following which Kumar surrendered on Saturday at the DCP’s office in Rohini.

What did the women stated on the FIR for AAP sacked minister?

The woman said that she went to Sandeep for helping him to make a ration card. She was taken to the office of the minister and was offered cold drink. That cold drink was allegedly spiked and after drinking it, she lost her conscious. She was raped and she claimed that she did not know that a CD has been made.

A case under IPC section 376(rape) has been registered against him. Soon after this news, Arvind Kejriwal tweeted that if the woman statement and allegations are correct, then the culprit should be exemplary punished
