‘Ventilator’ Movie Review :
The first half of the film will leave the audience with encountering confusions when every portrays talk about his or her viewpoints but the second half after intermission will leave a mark of emotional rolling which will stretch attention. The movie is classic in every manner, each character leaves an impression.
Director Rajesh Mapuskar has characterized every character intelligently. Gajanan Kamerkar’s son, Prasanna, is played by Jeetendra Joshi, Ashutosh Gowariker plays Kamerkar’s nephew Raja, Kamerkar’s wife’s role is played by Sulbha Arya and the doctor’s role is played by Boman Irani. Priyanka Chopra is also seen playing a small role in the movie. Also, to promote her production, Priyanka Chopra has also sung a Marathi song in the movie.
Despite such a huge cast, the film never goes off track; not even slightly. Each actor hits the bull’s eye in whatever amount of time they feature on screen. That’s the strength of ‘Ventilator’. Given any other canvas, including Bollywood, Rajesh Mapuskar would’ve created an equally brilliant masterpiece with the same color and patterns. Because languages and people might change but the underlying emotions are universal. And that is the beauty of ‘Ventilator’s story.
