Dear Zindagi get U/A certificate to release on NOV 25

According to the reports from the industry itself, Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt’s upcoming movie, Dear Zindagi directed by the ‘English Winglish’ fame, Gauri Shinde has been passed by the Central Board of Film Certification aka CBFC with zero cuts. Also, this movie that is all set to release this November 25, has been given a U/A certificate.

In the past few months, there has been a raging criticism of the Central Board for being utterly stringent in its rules and regulations confirming to variety of different scenes in the movies these days and during such a time of criticism, it is rather surprising to see that Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer Dear Zindagi has been able to sail through this boat with considerable holes without a single visual or verbal cut.

According to the report, it was also said by the Censor Board members that it ‘would be crime’ to put a scissor on even a single scene from the entire movie. If the reports are to be further believed the board members look upon Shah Rukh Khan as an A-list star because his movies always require the least amount of censorial intervention.

Dialogue promos, videos songs and trailers of Dear Zindagi, all have been able to please the audiences on the whole and they are now keenly looking forward to the release of this movie. Apart from Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt, the movie also stars Ali Zafar, Kunal Kapoor, Angad Bedi and Aditya Roy Kapur.

About her character in the film, Alia Bhatt said, “Dear Zindagi is the closest to my character, I can relate to the character so much. Though I will not say that is exactly who I am but it is the same thing that happens when in an irritating relationship or fighting with my mother. I thing, everyone some way or the other can relate to the character.”
