Recently, Ameesha opened up about relationships and marriage in the film industry. She also talked about her bond with Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor, Salman Khan, and whether she would ever consider marrying him.
“I’ve Seen All Kinds of Relationships Around Me”
In a recent conversation with Filmy Mantra Media, Ameesha Patel shared her views on marriages and divorces in Bollywood. She said:
“I’ve seen all kinds of relationships around me. I’ve seen balanced relationships like Sanju’s, and then there’s someone like Hrithik, who has been divorced. But he and Sussanne co-parent their kids very well. They’re best friends now. So, who am I to judge?”
Talking about Salman, Ameesha added:
“He’s a cool cat, and honestly, I don’t want to see him get married. He’s a cool dude, a loving and caring person who is good to everyone.”
Would Ameesha Marry Salman Khan?
When asked if she would be ready to marry Salman Khan, Ameesha responded:
“First, I need to interview him to check if he has changed or not. He is such a lovely friend that I’ve never seen him from that perspective because he has always been just a friend to me — a very naughty one. He always plays pranks on me and even makes me cry. He nicknamed me Meena Kumari because I cry so much around him. That’s our bond. I can’t imagine seeing myself that way. I’m happy being a good friend to him and his entire family.”
Ameesha and Salman in ‘Yeh Hai Jalwa’
Ameesha Patel and Salman Khan shared screen space in the 2002 film Yeh Hai Jalwa, directed by David Dhawan. On the work front, Ameesha was last seen in Gadar 2, while Salman’s most recent release was Sikandar, which came out this year on Eid.
